Their so-called plan for a spike is nothing more than advice from experts who predict the rate of infection based on trends. Anybody with common sense can forecast this, don't really need experts to tell me this. But how MOH react to the prediction is a disaster, and OYK as the minister-in-charge must be held accountable for it. I hate the way he acted cool about everything as though he's in control of the situation. Reality is he has lost control and has to tighten up.
