How often do you charge your phone.

For my current main phone, I will charge it every morning exactly at 7.00am no matter how many % battery I have left. Now for my new phone Poco X5 Pro 5g delivery to me on 22 February 2023 and 1st Charge on 23 February 2023, I try to keep it 50% and above when charging---mean at night I try to stop using when it reach 52-54% when using only using mobile data the whole day, after that I turn on airplane mode.

For my mother Poco C40 I charge it once every 3-5 days after I have update her all her apps in Google play store/Xiaomi store or update her security update rest a while then charge.

For old Poco M4 Pro 5g that I use as spare phone I charge when the battery % is low not everyday charge.
