like enough protein, for older folks 1g per kg of human mass. lots of veg or fruits, some carbo, make food has all kind of vitamins as well.
eat at home 5 days a week . eat well. the other 2 days eat out eat good taste rubbish, ok but spread out these 2 days among the 5 days. lesser salt zero sugar.
