In Taiwan, people must use garment approved trash bags to store rubbish, recycled trash will be kept separately. And once a week, when the garbage truck arrives in neighbourhood every household will carry rubbish and go downstairs to throw to the truck. The trashes that are used non garment approved bags will be rejected on the spot.
