Street takeover leads to looting in Compton

Multiple Compton businesses were hit, including a gas station that was robbed of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise after a street takeover led to looting over the weekend.

Breaking and entering then do looting must be stopped.  Their laws only jail term and fine, which is not a deterrent enough.  They  must follow Singapore's law that breaking and entering is considered as a serious offense (vandalism) and will have a caning of at least 7 strokes of the rotan.....
