I have been to that food court (if Oxley Bizhub has only one food court) about 10 years ago. Can't remember if the ceiling is that high that a mezzanine can be built there.

That junction where Oxley Bizhub is at is a food courts junction. Besides the one at Oxley Bizhub (south east), there's one at Breadtalk IHQ (Food Republic at north east). Then another food court at the upcoming Grantal Mall where biz is quite brisk (north west). South west is a park and a nursing home, so no food court there but further west of it is full of eateries along MacPherson Road and there's 2 coffeeshops in MacPherson Lane.
