Actually the title " A huge storm coming and close your window" is misleading. The weather picture provided by the meteorology station is accurate but interpreted wrongly by TS. 

If you look at the colour of the cloud it shows moderate green which indicated SLIGHTLY HEAVIOUR THAN LIGHT. So at most it will give just a small drizzle and most places will get just a few occasional drops of water if you walk in the open. If the cloud's colour had been dark red, then a heavy storm is expected. 

Since it is a huge patch of light cloud, today would be a nice cloudy day good for out door jogging, golfing and pak-tor in the park. ....
