Do not see to need to have all rooms aircon and most times.
Too pamper the young will result a generation that cannot endure hardship.
Also air quality in aircon is not really healthier.

It does not have meaningful output, and cost will eventually charge to the public.
Also we have reduce carbon foot print goal, if to aircon every room is make it
more difficult. In short silly.

that was what we/I thought the same but with this heat and not going down, it is not longer feasible for student to focus under this heat.  
That is a limit and we oredi reached that
cost wise, TW Poorer than SG yet they could afford so dun see why SG can't
