The higher and higher upper limit so call ceiling actually brought in even more people to drive up the HDB prices... Want affordability? Try lowering the higher ceiling limit to 4k. Any household earning more than 4k cannot stay in HDB. Then affordability issue solved.

High income folks? Go to private property lah.
