In US anytime you van get killed by guns any tuke
even if prices are cheap ...so what?

You should know HOW BIG USA is and So many States. One of my American friend already in his late 60s. Never have any incident before next he can afford to shift from one state to another if happen currently this house rental increase etc. He do tell me , when he plan to move to other state partly the landlord increase the rental. Or the current state he stay , cost price of the daily stuffs increase a lot.

Summary they got option to move from states to states as every states price for daily needs is vary in fact. Means there are some states still afforable to stay despite global inflation etc. Next come gun crimes , it don't happen in every states in USA. Some states are safe.

Govt has failed to clamp down costs while allowing billionaires to start family offices, dumping $$$ here to escape from their home countries. Where in China got clean biz? Most money made are mainly ill-gotten gains. Absd 60% still want to buy only shows the source of money not cleaned.

On surface Govt always encourage foreigner talents come but they never look in depth.
This American already mention, if plan to move to SG work and stay " first is ask do the company provide pay for the rental "
partly rental in SG over this years going up and up like no body business.

So let's say you are a foreigner plan to come SG work and stay. If company never provided rental will you come?
Even come Malaysian , now the trend is the Malaysia rather rent in JB than in SG due to high rental in SG.
OR those PRs they rather buy resale flat than rent from locals is More wiser in long run.
