Strangely, why PM Lee contracted Covid19 from Africa, not from China?

While Singapore Govt admitted not doing everything right during pandemic,  China's President Xi on the other hand, has done an excellent job.

As comparison, China's population of 1.2 billions Vs Singapore of 5.8 million is a far cry.

Why is it like that?

hope the African strain is a slow-killer...............now he ok, later lie in a box..............
