Badly affected by shortage of hospital beds, the quality of hospital treatments and medical professionals will go down the drain.

This pandemic shatter western survey health care system ranking.
Despite being leaders, many performance are average and can 
handle small scale. 
So Healthcare survey is no longer accurate, ranking often has skid to favour of the west.

But can see by numbers, west are still leaders
