We are the most intelligent of all living things yet so fragile. Our life can be taken away with a cut by a knife or a bullet from a gun.

Or a pathogen.

If none of these happen, our organs would age with time and eventually fail, and we still die.

What is the meaning of even being around in this world living a life that we will lose sooner or later? It's like a cruel joke.
