I think someone blew a whistle on him and now under CPIB investigation. Most likely a false report and he will come out cleaner and stronger. I tends to have this opinion because if he really corrupted, he would have jumped Bedok Reservoir or hara-kiri already as past PAP minister had done. ...  

Under LKY different, everyone knows he meant what he said and he led by example.
