Assuming that Iswaran is found guilty:

1.  If PAP covers up, the response from the retarded group would be: see! ownself check ownself!  I already knew it!  they would say "no crime committed.  Iswaran walks!"

2.  If PAP publishes the report truthfully, the retarded group will change the tune.  Throw him under the bus! To save ownself!

I did not see you saying that when PS said RK was solely responsible for her lies, and implied that he was not to be held responsible even though he was WP boss and the LOTO, and knew she lied.
