LKY called him up and advised him to stop
But instead of stopping, he decided to resign from government office
He then divorced his wife and went to live with his lover

Goh Keng Swee was known to be “king of women” aka womaniser
He was married to Alice Woon
But during his time as Education Minister he fell for one of his education officers, Phua Swee Liang
LKY of course tried to counsel him, but he will not listen to him
In 1984, he hecked care LKY and retired from politics
In 1986, he divorced his wife and went to stay with Ms Phua at Dunman Walk
He married her in 1991 after discovering he had cancer
