I complained to superior. Then really cannot tahan, I emailed to my then CEO. Then HR came into the picture and somehow the investigation when in favour of the director lah.

Then I think the CEO found time to read his personal email and saw the email exchanges I had with my then director. I was branded as non performing. But that director quit and left very quickly. Anyways, I work a while more and left also lah. Poisonous environment, all plp max to the top. 

Don't think I want to do with any corporation anymore. It's ridiculous that people come in not trying to push for the org vision, instead all fighting for turfs and self gains. Lol

Enough already.

Which was why when I was in the workforce, I was offered to do administrative duties. I turned them down and prefer to be an operational officer doing my own thing. As long as I complete an assignment without any mishaps I go home with peace of mind daily.
