Tofu construction ish a norm in AT land. Can only pray those CCP officials actually bother to properly search and rescue and not just demolish and refill the area with people\corpses still trapped inside to cover up fast fast like wat they did years ago in that high speed train cases. 
There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
But now, they'll only do it for money.
