If not, this site also will be going to shut down by them.

This site will soon be shut down if you continue to post bad things about CECA.

Just because you work for one CECA, and not happy, you come to sgtalk and talk bad about all CECA.

If you think that he is bad. why join the company?

Think again, if he is bad, why the company wants to appoint him leadership position.  You think the company is run by goondoo ?

I don't agree with your last statement. Sure, companies may not be run by goondus, but many of them do not have a good sense if the person they employ is a talent. Many cecas and sinkies I know, they move up by jumping from one place to another, not because they are good, but because they can bullsh*t. The new company doesn't know exactly what the other guy has done in the old company, but recruited him on account of his supposed talent. When paper cannot wrap the fire, the guy will jump ship to another company that is equally ignorant of this person. This can play on for years until the person's retirement. 

I have seen people who are totally crap in engineering move up to become very senior managers but with no idea what engineering is about.
