our CPIB effective so slow?? Thought our Govt always brag civil service is fast and effective ???

come Fix opposition very fast but this case seem no update yet.

maybe " already got but again PM lee delay to release official statement ?? " Partly due to National Day Rally this Sunday , and President election lastly F1 is next month.
