It is very surprising that we who have a small population, has 3,000+ infections daily and scores more that died due to Covid-19 viruses.  We should be seeing less deaths and infections now that we had the experience from past episodes to curb these sad state of affairs.....

It can be like high inflation?
It wont come down without drastic action
This is similar to rate hike(more lockdown or more booster shot, you choose).
