It is unfortunate that we have become territorial and so we say, the Russians tried but crashed, India is the first country to succeed, China and the US had plans to do it but India got there first 

Modi is right. It belongs to humanity.

Just a simple thing like food, which meat, which plant or vegetable or mushrooms can be eaten, which is poisonous......someone had paid with his life for the rest to know. We don't ask about the deceased's nationality, we just eat and enjoy.
