I remember in 2011 elections
There were many many WhatsApp messages in the beginning of counting
That said TCB’s pile of votes in most counting centres were HIGHER ( that means MORE) than Tony Tan’s
Yet in the end he lost by a thousand votes
Tampines & West Coast GRCs are there for the taking
