All along those recommended nose spray are useless. They continue to be. The clumsy doctor will tell you to try, new products.

There are 3 ways:
1) Surgery/ laser: Once and that is it.
2) Exercise to enlarge the nose way: Short term.
3) Change of physical environment: living location 

After all, it is the air condition.
