If he is talented in football and has a bright future playing professional football in Epl which can earned him millions of Euro per season, he should  consider for himself first. Call it selfish if u want.  Nobody owe u a living.  Employers / government can cast u aside when u are no longer needed.  The opportunity must not be missed. It comes once in a life time.
