Errr... FYI - weather balloon also carry sensors and does not need  on-board recording device since data can be remotely tx..

I said again  - if it is indeed a "spying" device, then why up till now FBI refuses ti publish what they found from the wreck and show it to the World to support the claim that the Balloon is design for spying and does not carry a single meteorological equipment ???

No evidence to suggest that it was a weather balloon transmitting weather infor in real time. According to US intel, iz a balloon with spying equipment that wasnt recording. Why not on, I dunno.
