yea, those open concept shown in buffet area " just like preparing those cooked foods , or doing some light cutting, cooking " those foods are all pre prepare back end inside behind the kitchen which you will not see how they prepare. Doing the real cooking like fry it , marinate etc stuffs like that than once cooked will bring to the open concept re cook etc cut , prepare for display , stock up "

what I mean here are " some people got this mindset , ONLY SEE AND JUDGE , things aren't always what they seem. "

More EPIC , ' some complain hawker prepare foods on the floor , surrounding dirty " Whereas they happy eat at Malaysia ?? Thailand , Taiwan street hawker stall ? I mean " some singaporean somethings I don't know how to say ...no wonder this current PAP can easily fool them every single time "
