The Huawei ra ra show to stir national pride and happiness among China fans proved short lived.
The Huawei show off and feeble attempts to prove it is unhurt by US sanctions actually backfired and caused the US to close loophole that gave China access to state of the art Lithography machines made by ASML.
These Dutch company is 15yrs ahead of all other competitors and its technology is cannot be replicated.
The move by Huawei is shortsighted..If it didn't bring so much attention to the loopholes Biden administration which is easing up and trying to thaw China- US relations would have been happy to retain status quo.
