Most Singaporeana are busy watching COE prices may not be aware of these chabges in bill
They are paid highest salaries in the world to work for Singaporean. ...why change the law to allow then to take on other roles and moonlight.
If they are allowed to moonlight why aren't the rank and file civil servabts also allowed if it is a good thing
