Ukrainian will send team in to sabotage the process I am quite sure. If it is held without any issues it indirectly mean it is truly game over the 4 regions is formally under Russia territory boundaries. Wonder how much blood Russian has shed to secure that 4 regions. Will their blood be shed in vain or not?
