All other iterations complicate things to the extent even you yourself struggle to explain
You are very fond of the word "simple" in all of its applications from writing "simplicity" in a post here that's written to no one in particular, or "simplistic" when commenting on my posts, or using "simpleman" when registering your clone. There is only One God. Whether He is "for all", that's the nub of the problem since the beginning of time, whenever that was. All the angels in heaven bowed/bow to Him. Then, some rebelled. Is God any less God "of all" because the demons led by Satan rebelled?
All men are to bow to Him, but some at this forum mocked and sneered, and even created pictures to blaspheme. Is God diminished because of their unbelief and blasphemy? If 80% of the world does not believe, God is now only a 20% God, and 80% something else, whatever that might be? Our belief or unbelief will not change anything. God is the Creator and is the God of all. He is the God of both Isaac and Ishmael even if their descendants are now fighting. He is the God of anyone, of all of us, regardless of what he is worshipping, or not even worshipping at all. But is He the God 'for" all? No, most men rejected Him. He came unto His own, but they knew Him not.
To each his own lah - Why make Life anymore complicated than it already is in reality where certain Faith-Fools often lost themselves in complicated stories about Afterlife ?
Not trying to be disrespectful on X'mas Day, but I am glad LKY shared his view on the SIMPLE attitude towards individual faith and religion must be based on sense of proportion and common-sense....a clear Warning against overt pushing of ideologies around "god is the creator and is the fod of all.." while ignoring the SIMPLE fact SG is a Secular country.
