He's a sicko who happened to have learned how to set up a forum. 

He used his Admin p/w to harass members by:

1. Altering their posts to a hard to read italic font
2. Altering the forum skin to make all posts hard to read
3. Posting porn
4. Pretending to bend one of his crones and then unbending him, TWICE
5. Stealing a member's Avatar
6. Fabricating evidence aka lies against a member by altering his old Avatar to a Lolek watch wor.
