After selling my 1 oz of gold, they said their system was hacked. Now, the USD had dropped.
Will close the account but it becomes apparently that to change from USD to SGD, they impose high charges for the transfer. Cheque which is a simpler and cheaper option is no longer available.
It is the market forces.
