SingTel is a constantly declining company stuck in a sunset low margin business with almost no room for growth.

Over the yrs it made many bad investments overseas. It should have returns the money in share buybacks or dividends....instead of putting it in losers

I noticed it has been going upwards a few weeks ago. Anyone can advise whether it is a good buy now?
