These have exemptions 有屁用 when the poor cannot save money on these?

1. Sale and lease of residential properties
2. Financial services
3. Investment precious metals
4. Digital payment tokens (from 1 January 2020)

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
