Agreed.. I am not sure if Singapore even returned the $1m that Schooling's parent spent on him on swimming..

But 1 thing I did noticed in this Olympics is that there are more homegrown talents taking part, which is a good sign..

Our sport council finally realized that throwing money to 'import' talent does not guarantee Singapore an Olympics medal, and focus back on local talents instead.Hopefully, there will be one day a special committee will be form to investigate wrong doings by the officials who spearhead the 'import' talent initiative and hold them accountable for the wrong policy made.

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
