No you still don't understand....inflation of 2-3% is healthy it is like blood pressure too high or too low also bad.

High blood pressure is bad but that doesn't mean low blood pressure is good. ..in fact if you are dead you will have  no blood pressure.

China is suffering deflation and in all cases of deflation the economy deteriorate.
