Not at all. Intellect is the same for both. Some more, some less.

But the man has been given all the necessary equipment to lead. He is stronger. He is braver. He can go out and hunt effectively coz he has all the right instruments. He doesn't bleed once a month. I can go on and on.

So, the male is the natural leader. But when the male is incapacitated, the female must take over the role. That is why I will feel sorry for the male if he is incapacitated.

Now fight a war no need to use strength already. There will be plenty of foot soldiers to do it. If the woman has higher intellect why can't she take the lead and strategise for the team? 

But as my usual belief, you can believe in whatever you want. No need to convince me. But I must tell you that your way of thinking is going to put people off. I'm not going to engage further with you on this topic.
