Cheap lah. HDB flat prices should all double so govt can say they help Singaporeans grow their wealth. Then can collect more property tax, gst, erp, stamp duties, water and electricity levies etc.

Why don't cream to max since given mandate to do so for 5 years?? Towards the end just issue out some $100 goodies and get voted in again.
