The way the NASA chief put it,  think China just wasting their effort and time if they r looking for living things.  Moon landing is not a novelty anymore.  Japan have also made a moon landing.

Indeed, Moon landing is no longer a "novelty"...which fails to explain why the fear mongering about "China taking over the Moon" by the NASA boss..
And speaking of "Living Things" on the Moon, I can see why Mr Nelson is more interested in China than FACTS about the Moon...

Seeds of cotton, oilseed, potato and arabidopsis were carried to the moon as part of a biosphere experiment, along with fruit fly eggs and some yeast.
