This supposed a warning to others to do properly  unlike if in war combat shot down by enemy ; pilot if survived can still fly warplane in air again.

Not like that lah. Pilots can only eject two times then grounded for good. I was told the force of ejection is tremendous and human are only safe to be shot out twice.
