MOH said it will take action against doctors and dentists who act unprofessionally when issuing MCs. The ministry did not indicate what action it might take. It had received feedback that with the advent of telemedicine, there has been “excessive” MCs issued. https://str.sg/Kknp

I foresee more migrant workers sent back to the construction sites by doctors despite suffering from illnesses which could lead to more workplace accidents.
