PM Wong, who major in economics and have master of Arts in applied economics  is certainly well aware why China surplus will continue to grow, not because the China is "collapsing" but the World increasingly rely on China, not US or the USD + a major banker which loans trillions to Americans for upkeep their inflated living standard.

The question should be not about China, but America's Collapse, which many predicted will come soon and will be Far Far Worst than in 2008 Crisis..
