The depositor found out tt his bank deposits of 1.25 billion yuan is left with only 86,000 yuan. The bank, ChangAn Bank, was not aware how the money was lost although the money did channeled out through 3 of their sub-branches which is not allowed under the signed contract. They r trying to find who is at fault.
