I had attended one of such seminars held in thailand many years back, it really attracted many people. Once you give them your contact, they are very persistence to get you to invest, more aggressive than insurance agent. Many such activities still going around, they like to hold seminars or talks to lure investor. maybe one or two may get rich, but most will get con. same trick different method. basic theory is the same, greed and fear.
