So what is new? S'pore is the most expensive city in the world thanks to our Govt's open leg policy. When a country is overcrowded, there are far too many people competing for too few private homes, cars, goods and services. Of course everything will become too expensive. Hopefully, more foreigners will decide to shift out sooner rather than later.
