Inviting foreigners into land scarce S'pore to become citizens and buying up freehold land just causes property prices and rents as well as COE premiums to skyrocket. The ultra wealthy will not only purchase multiple homes, but have a fleet of high end cars.  

Not only this. Just look at how much mess in our surroundings pappies hv created. So much social problems that foreigners created. Like illegal companies recruiting maids, scammers, money launderings and house breakings, just to name some. Are Govt still sitting on these problems?
