My JC classmate who consistently received positive performance reviews at his company for over 2 decades, is now being reprimanded for minor offences or issues that his company previously considered too trivial to even mention. This might be a sign that his employer is preparing to release him. The company may be trying to build a case of poor performance to avoid any age discrimination claims. He appears to be targeted while younger colleagues are not.
