Only special chicken flavor has this. Rest of the flavor should be okay.

Taiwan on Monday recalled “special chicken” flavoured Indomie, a popular Indonesian instant noodle variety produced by Indofood CBP, saying it had found traces of the carcinogenic ethylene oxide, which can elevate cancer risks.

All instant noodles are bad mainly because of high salt causing high blood.

As for cancer, sausages are worse. Can food, etc.

Low quality processed oil that can’t be sold in supermarkets, so they packed them in instant noodles.

That is a way to get rid of poor quality oil yet make good profit. It won’t kill you on the spot but slowly it will cause harm to your health causing cancer in the future if you eat them frequently
