Actually very high viewership count is usually the hallmark of lousy content when it comes to videos discussing serious topics like politics and economics. This is the same regardless of whether it's a pro or anti China video.

The reason is because if you look at those super high viewership Youtubbers, almost all of them are very good at tugging heart strings, creating drama, moral signaling and throwing up simplistic soundbites. These are good qualities of an entertainment video but not a good sign when it comes to complex topics.
